Shipping Information



PROCESSING TIME : "When will my order ship?"

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.   


Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is: 

US Orders:

1. USPS standard shipping 5-7 business days. 

2. Priority 2-3 business days

3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days). 

International Orders: 1. USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days) 



When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.

Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date. 

All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Please note that Infamous Divas ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Infamous Divas and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Infamous Divas, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).

Infamous Divas is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
